print: On Native Land : I'M ON UR LAND...MAPPIN UR DEMIZE (18 x 24 inches)
This is from our _On Native Land_ series. Background: Among other things, maps are important tools of invasion and conquest. Sometimes, however, they also inadvertently record inconvenient evidence that counters misleading settler narratives - for example: "The land was vacant when we arrived; there was no genocide." From our On Native Land series, this piece was originally shown at the Picturing Politics 2008 exhibition, Arlington Arts Center (VA).

This item is made as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making things-on-demand (instead of in “bulk”) also vastly decreases efficiency while increasing per-unit costs, but it does help reduce overproduction and waste, which we think is very important! :)
